Approach

Anyy man is accepted as she or he is. Any person has talents, strenghths and challenges. Our goal is to coach clients when they experience problems and no longer see the correct path for them. These problems may have arisen from a stagnated psychological growth process, and we help with various therapies to re-kindle the clients to find a solution. The integrative approach of the counselor towards the client helps them approach their problem from different angles (emotionally, spiritually, as human behaviour and physically) and find their own solution.

I help them with through a ranges of therapy techniques, each with its own vision and therapeutic interventions, which are selected to suit the individual. Each person has his/her own preferred therapy approach, and often the most effective combinations for clients are unique to the person. All are aimed at personal growth. Experiences with different therapies mean that clients are encouraged to establish long-term solutions and implement them, thus finding happiness and growth. The best therapy is thus consistent with the personality and the nature of the problem. The integrative approach means that our counseling addresses both the physical, emotional, cognitive and existential (or spiritual) aspects of life.

Integrative view of our therapy

The starting point is that every human being possesses the necessary qualities to lead a full and happy life. Sometimes, however these qualities are no longer used for all sorts of reasons, and people experience trouble as they can no longer use their standard solutions they know. Old routines do not work anymore. At that moment, creativity, a different approach to the perceived problem, help enlighten the client to make a new solution. By providing insights and stimulating their own qualities the clients (re) discover own strengths and talents and in a secure environment.
